We
all know iPad comes in three variants- 16GB, 32GB and 64GB. Well, there
is something you do not know! Apple maybe working on a 128GB version of
its fourth generation iPad, reports 9to5Mac.

An insider from a renowned US retailer happened to share SKU information with the outlet, marked up with internal Apple terminology that described both WiFi-only and cellular-capable slates in black and white facades.
While the site could not confirm on the description that meant 128GB, there is something phenomenal in works. So far, Apple has used words like "good," "better" and "best" for describing iPad configurations but this is the first time it has used ‘Ultimate’ for it.
There have been some other possible indications towards the 128GB model. For example, the soon-to-be-released iOS 6.1 has a passing reference to 128GB iOS devices. Not only this, even on Apple’s recent iTunes 11 has talked about higher capacity models.
